The staff was very attentive and helpful from arrival to departure. The location was favourable, for example, a vintage sternwheeler ship was relatively close to the hotel. Went to the city center, located not too far away from the venue. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay, from the moment I arrived until I left. I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with a vintage sternwheeler ship nearby and the city center just a short distance away.

Its location was particularly good, near the business areas as well as restaurants and attractions such as the SS Klondike. It also was close to downtown. There were brand new bathroom and pet-friendly and large room.

So cozy and comfy! The staff went out of their way to help us, which was awesome. Our room was super clean, modern, and had a fantastic jacuzzi. The bathroom was sparkling clean - exactly how you'd want it to be. 🛁 Ultimately, a top-notch experience here!

Incredible base for exploring Whitehorse. Spotless rooms in the upper floors. Reasonably priced food. Comfy location in Whitehorse near the downtown core and many restaurants. The hotel offers a wide range of food in the attached restaurant.

The staff is very friendly. Should be a little more professional, but the charm makes up for the shortcoming.

This place is in a handy spot, just a short 10-15 minute walk away from a cool vintage sternwheeler ship. I grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant nearby. The room I stayed in was pet-friendly and quite spacious, with two beds. I loved the original decorations that added a unique touch to the room! 🌟
